Entrepreneur Ready, Inc. and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Company,” “we,” or “us”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect information from and about you, and what we do with that information, so that you may decide whether or not to provide information to us.
By accessing our website, purchasing our products or services, attending training sessions in relation to our products and services, or using our AI-powered platform tools, you agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to any other agreements we may have with you. This Privacy Policy does not govern the practices of entities that our Company does not own or control, or people that our Company does not employ or manage.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information about you in several ways, including directly from you, automatically through your use of our platform, and from third-party service providers. The categories of information we collect include:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact and account information: your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you register, purchase a subscription, or contact us for support.
Payment information: billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc., and is not stored on ERI’s own systems. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Profile and subscription information: the subscription Tier you select, your Order details, and any preferences or settings you configure in your account.
Content you submit: any text, responses, business plans, or other materials you submit through the Program platform, including your interactions with AI-powered tools and coaching features (“Subscriber Content”).
Communications: records of your communications with ERI, including support requests, coaching session notes, and correspondence.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage data: information about how you access and use the platform, including pages visited, features used, modules completed, session duration, and clickstream data.
AI interaction data: your prompts, inputs, and interactions with ERI’s AI-powered curriculum tools and chatbot features, including the content of questions asked and responses received.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 5 below.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
Payment processors: transaction confirmation, payment status, and fraud screening data from Stripe.
Analytics providers: aggregated usage and performance data from analytics services such as Google Analytics.
Referral sources: information about how you came to learn about the Program, such as referral codes or affiliate tracking data.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Delivering the Program: to provide you with access to the subscription Tier you have purchased, including curriculum content, AI-powered tools, coaching services, and community features.
Payment processing and billing: to process your subscription purchase, manage recurring billing and automatic renewals, send payment confirmations and renewal reminders, and resolve billing disputes.
Account management: to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate with you about your subscription and account status.
Customer support: to respond to your support requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve our support processes.
AI tool delivery and improvement: to operate, maintain, and improve the AI-powered curriculum tools and chatbot features that form part of the Program. This includes using anonymized and aggregated interaction data to fine-tune and develop our AI systems, as further described in Section 3.
Analytics and program improvement: to analyze usage patterns of our platform and services at a non-personal and aggregated level to assess the effectiveness and utility of the Program and improve the Subscriber experience.
Legal compliance and enforcement: to comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect our rights and the rights of other Subscribers.
Marketing and communications: to market, advertise, and publicize our products and services to you, subject to applicable laws and your opt-out rights described in Section 7.
3. USE OF DATA FOR AI TRAINING
As part of delivering and improving the Program, we may use data relating to your use of the platform and your interactions with AI-powered tools for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, and developing our AI and large language model systems. Such data may include:
the nature, frequency, and tenure of your use of the platform and ERI Technology;
your interactions with AI tools and curriculum features, including engagement patterns and completion data; and
anonymized or aggregated data derived from your activity within the Program.
We will not use personally identifiable information for AI training purposes in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or applicable law without first obtaining your consent. Any AI training use of your data will be conducted with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We may share your personal information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy:
Service providers and processors: we share information with agents, vendors, and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing, analytics providers, email service providers, and platform hosting providers. These parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Coaches: where you have subscribed to a Tier that includes dedicated coaching, your account information, submitted content, and Program progress data will be shared with your assigned coach to the extent necessary to deliver coaching services.
Corporate transactions: we may share your data with any parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other entities under common control, or with a potential acquirer or merger partner during a due diligence process, subject to appropriate confidentiality restrictions.
Legal requirements: we may disclose your information as required by law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in our sole discretion that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our agreements or policies.
With your consent: we may share your information with third parties when you have given us your consent or direction to do so.
Please note that third-party recipients may be located in countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on our website and platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us recognize you and remember your preferences. We use these technologies to:

You may opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. SECURITY
We use industry-standard security technologies and practices when transferring, receiving, and storing data. Our platform has security measures in place to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. If this website contains links to other sites, we are not responsible for the security practices or content of those sites.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
7.1 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send you transactional and account-related communications, including billing notices, renewal reminders, and support responses.
7.2 Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
7.3 California Privacy Rights
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
Right to know: the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to delete: the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to correct: the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights.

Our Company does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

California Business and Professions Code Section 22581: If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user of our platform, you may request removal of content or information you have publicly posted by contacting us at [email protected].
7.4 New York
If you are a New York resident, you have rights with respect to automatic renewal subscriptions under New York General Business Law Section 527. ERI will provide advance notice of any automatic renewal charge by electronic means before the renewal date. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation procedure described in our Terms and Conditions.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because of the nature of our business, our Program and services are designed for adult professionals and are not intended to appeal to minors. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete such information.
9. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide you with access to the Program during your Subscription Term, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records. Payment transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial regulations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Information collected from you may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which our Company, agents, or contractors maintain facilities. By accessing our site and using our services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. We take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are subject to appropriate safeguards.
